Corrie Stathis, Managing Director of Melbourne based venue-finding service CVBS Victoria, is delighted to announce their new company - Ultimate Conferences + Events. The new name will be launched on Monday, 14 February 2011, just in time for AIME being held in Melbourne on 15 and 16 February.
Given the rapid growth of the Melbourne team over the past 18 months, Corrie said: “There were several variables contributing to the decision to break away from the CVBS brand.
Potential for further company expansion was front of mind, as we look forward to tapping into markets that we were not in a position to explore previously. We are also launching in New Zealand – corporate clients based in NZ will now be able to source their ideal conference venues through us – whether it be domestically or overseas, hopefully attracting many events to Australia. It’s an exciting time for us and the team is ready to take the business to the next level both nationally and internationally
In conjunction with the new name, the new website (www.ultimateconferences.com.au)will be even more informative and interactive. This will enable clients to feel engaged in the process, plus allow the professional team at Ultimate Conferences + Events to be even more proactive in promoting the venues who have been so supportive of our business. We will continue to qualify all leads and above all liaise directly back to the client with a selection of the best available venue options on a like-with-like basis, to ensure clients a stress-free means of finding the best venues in a timely manner. Affiliations with other related C&E services such as team building, guest speakers, event management and so on will also be promoted, thus providing a ‘one stop shop’ for the client.”
